What is e-mol.com and how can I use it?
e-Mol is a web based e-mail client and PIM (Personal Information Manager) that
allows you to read and write e-mail, maintain an address book, share a
planner and store files. You can access your e-Mol account from any computer
with internet access.

How do I log on?
Simply enter your e-mail address and mail server password on the login page.
If you are not able to log on, you may need to use the advanced login.

You will need to contact the ISP providing your e-mail. e-Mol cannot help
with lost or forgotten passwords.

Why do no messages appear in e-Mol when I check my mail? I know I have many messages in my inbox.
This can happen if your other e-mail program is removing the messages from the
mail server. Please reconfigure your other mail client to leave messages on
your mail server.

When I check my e-mail using e-Mol, does it leave a copy of the messages on my mail server?
Yes, by default e-Mol will leave a copy of the message on your mail server,
allowing you to use e-Mol and other e-mail clients together.

I have some e-mails that have a paper clip, as though they have an attachment, but when I open them, I do not see any files.
e-Mol attempts to inline any text attachments for your convinience. The
attachments are displayed to you as text when you're reading the message.

Why am I unable to log in to my e-mail account?
Your e-mail account may be in use by another program. If your e-mail
program is running on your home computer, it may prevent you from using e-Mol.

How do I check for new messages?
Each time you log in, e-Mol will automatically check for new mail. To check
for new mail after you have logged in, you can click the "fetch" button on the
navigation bar.

How do I know which messages are new?
New messages will be shown in your inbox in bold and highlighted.

Does e-Mol offer virus scanning?
Yes, all files decoded by e-Mol are automatically scanned for viruses.

How do I delete a message?
To delete a message, click on "delete" when the message is on your screen.
From your inbox, you can delete several messages at once by marking the
checkboxes next to them and clicking "delete." Deleted messages are placed in
the "trash can" in case you need to retrieve them. To remove them
permenently, click "empty the trash."
